Our client, in Lancaster, was charged with DUI and refusing to submit to a chemical test. Unfortunately, our client submitted to a PAS test and blew a .13 BAC, but was still charged with refusing the station chemical test. Ben Mironer started the trial and submitted all trial motions. Lancaster, Los Angeles County, DUI with Marijuana, Case Dismissed

Our client was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and marijuana in Lancaster. He was also charged with possession of marijuana, and being under the influence of a controlled substance (four misdemeanor counts). His blood alcohol concentration was a .08, and his urine showed the presence of marijuana. Ben Mironer got the prosecutor to dismiss all four charges, and plea bargain for a wet reckless driving.
